In general, all credit card memberships are billed by Epoch; all online check memberships
are billed by Electracash; and all Web900/900# telephone charges are billed
by GXBill.

If you cancelled anytime during your billing period, your request is on
file but you still have access to the website until the last day of your
billing period. For example, if your membership runs from the 1st until
the 30th of every month and you cancelled on the 15th, you can still view
the site until the 30th. After that date, your membership will end and
you will no longer be billed.
You must cancel at least three (3) days before the end
of your billing period in order for your request to be processed on time.

and print my Membership
Order Form. Simply mail in the order form with your cashiers check
or money order and make sure to include a valid email address. Mail memberships
are activated within one (1) week of receipt and you will be emailed when
the account is set up.

members area. If you have any questions about the site, please email
me BEFORE you join, and I would be happy to answer them so you can
make an informed decision before you buy.
Do not ask your credit card company for a chargeback;
it only hurts you in the end. Why? When you've paid for a membership,
and then later dispute the charge with your credit card company, my billing
companies will automatically block your card and place your information
in a global negative/fraud database which prevents you from using that
card again to pay for any services provided by them.
If you join this site with no intentions of paying for
it later (either by disputing the charge, refusing to pay for it or requesting
a chargeback) you are committing a serious level of fraud and are subject
to criminal and civil litigation under interstate commerce laws.

There are several reasons why your username/password will not work:
- Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive! Please enter them exactly
as they appear on your transaction receipt.
- Your account has expired. Please re-join to activate a new membership
to my site.
- Your account has beeen abused and your password has been blocked.
In most cases, you will be able to access the site again within twenty-four
(24) hours. If not, please contact
me for a new password.

Certain browsers' security settings will prompt the password box to appear
again after the username and password have been successfully entered.
If you are sure that you have the correct login, simply enter your username/password
again for access. In some cases, the password box appears multiple times
before giving access; unfortunately, this is something I have no control
over.

Please email
me with your full name, username and the name of the billing company
that charged you. I will provide a new password within forty-eight (48)
hours of your request. If you signed up through Electracash, you will
need to contact
them directly, since I do not have access to the Electracash password
database.

If paying by credit card or online check, your membership will automatically
renew in thirty (30) day cycles until you cancel (this is called a recurring
membership). After submitting a cancellation request at least three (3)
days before your account expiration date, your membership will remain
active until the last day of your thirty (30) day cycle. If paying by
900# through your telephone, your account will expire in thirty (30) days
without rebilling you.

"Password abuse" means your password is being used by multiple
IP addresses within the same time period. When my security program detects
this kind of usage, it automatically blocks your account to prevent further
access. Accounts can be hacked and abused by anyone, but there are steps
you can take to safeguard your password:
- Choose a login that is difficult to guess. Use a combination of numbers
and letters, uppercase and lowercase in your username and password and
do not use the same username/password for every site you join.
- If you use a public computer to access the site, make sure you do
not save the login during the password prompt, and close all active
browser windows after you leave the site.
- Do not write your username/password down and store it in an easily
accessible place.
- Do not tell your username/password to anyone, even if it's your best
friend. It only takes one person to pass it along to everyone else!
- If you access the site on different computers (for example, at work
and at home) make sure you log out completely from one computer before
you login to a different computer. This will prevent my security program
from logging multiple IPs on your account.

Some Yahoo, Hotmail and other email account users have reported finding
my emails in their junk or bulk mail folders. Please check to make sure
my message wasn't automatically deleted by your filtering software, and/or
add my email domain (lindatran.net) to your list of approved senders.
If you cannot find my message or if your bulk mail folder has already
been deleted, please re-send your inquiry, then monitor your inbox and
bulk mail folders for my response.
