Can I order something — even if it's non-nude — when I'm a minor?
Well, since you have to be at least eighteen (18) years old to access this site, then you also have to be eighteen (18) years old to place an order! No exceptions! By entering this site, you agreed to the Terms which state you must be an adult viewer.

How do I pay for my purchase?
All online transactions are processed securely through Plug 'n Pay Technologies. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted through this service and all information is protected on their Verisign secure network.

What if I don't have a credit card? Or — I hate buying online!
If you are not comfortable buying online, are having trouble buying online or do not have a credit card, you may download and print my order form and mail it in with a money order or cashiers check, or fax it to (323) 927 1988 with your credit card information completed. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified immediately by email.

Can I buy an item even though I live overseas?
Yes! I accept international payments and you can also purchase through mail order by downloading my printable order form here. Purchases over $50.00 USD can be paid with Western Union or Money Gram as another option; email me if you prefer to use this form of payment.

Please note that all customers located in Indonesia, Phillipines, Pakistan, Ukraine, Nigeria or Russia may not be able to place credit card orders online due to high rates of fraud in those countries. In those instances, you must pay for your order with Western Union or Money Gram. Email me if you are located in one of the countries listed and I will make your transaction go as smoothly as possible.

What happens after I place my order?
If you paid for your order online, you will be emailed a confirmation and the order is sent to me immediately for processing. If you mailed in an order, processing takes approximately one week more, but I do receive all orders and personally handle them myself.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the type and amount of items you ordered. USPS Priority Mail shipping rates for domestic orders start at $5.00 and international shipping rates for USPS Global Priority Mail start at $9.00. International customers are solely responsible for any tariffs, duty fees or taxes that your country may apply when received.

How long does it take for delivery?
Please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery to ensure proper handling and an authentic autograph from me. In most cases I send out all orders within a week of receiving them.

How is my order shipped?
All domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation; all international orders are sent via USPS Global Priority Mail.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
First, email me to make sure your order was not held up to due to backordered items or payment problems. If I have already sent out your package, then I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail once delivery has been confirmed by the USPS.

If you are concerned about mail security or have ordered a very large amount of items, please contact me beforehand about sending your order via Registered Mail or purchasing insurance to make sure your order arrives safely.

I'm waiting for my order to arrive, what will it look like?
All items will arrive in discreet packaging, either in a USPS envelope or box, or in a plain manila envelope. Only the return PO Box address will apear on the outside of your package and there will not be any references to this site or me.

I'm not happy with what I bought and I want my money back!
Unfortunately, all sales are final and no refunds are given once payment has been made and an order received. All merchandise is represented as accurately as possible on my site; if you have any questions about an item or its contents, please email me before placing your order.

In the unusual case that a DVD is defective upon delivery, you must return the item to me for an exchange within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item. Please email me for a return authorization. You are responsible for all return shipping charges but will not incur additional shipping fees to receive the replacement. For your protection, please choose a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as I cannot be held liable for returns lost in the mail.

Can I buy something that's not on the site?
If there is a photo on the site that you like, but it is not offered for sale, email me for availability because I might be able to get a special print made for you!

Also, make sure you check out my Auctions from time to time for exclusive collectibles — such as wardrobe worn in my photo shoots and unique prints — that are offered one time only!

What does "personalized autograph" mean versus "non-personal autograph"?
"Personalized autograph" means I will put your name on the item you order, along with a personal message and my signature. "Non-personal autograph " means only my signature will appear on your item.

Why is your personalization cheaper than a non-personal autograph?
Items that are not autographed personally are marked higher due to their resale value. If you specify personalization with your name, then I know it's likely the item will only be for your own collection and not for resale or auction later.

Will you sign my item?
Yes, I can sign almost any item you buy from this site. If you have a special item that you want to send to me for an autograph, email me for more info.

I sent you an email but have not heard back within forty-eight (48) hours.
Some Yahoo, Hotmail and other email account users have reported finding my emails in their junk or bulk mail folders. Please check to make sure my message wasn't automatically deleted by your filtering software, and/or add my email domain (lindatran.net) to your list of approved senders. If you cannot find my message or if your bulk mail folder has already been deleted, please re-send your inquiry, then monitor your inbox and bulk mail folders for my response.
